**Qui cherchons-nous ?**

Un profil Account Manager pour compléter son équipe actuelle.

**Quelle sera ta mission ?**
- Tu **développes et gères ton portefeuille** clients via des visites, des actions commerciales, du réseautage,
- Tu prospectes et détectes des prospects à haut potentiel offrant de nouvelles opportunités et les traduis en actions concrètes avec comme principal objectif : le résultat.
- Tu es à l'écoute des besoins et des attentes de tes prospects/clients.
- Tu proposes à tes prospects/clients des solutions sur mesure et construis avec eux une relation de confiance et de partenariat.
- Tu collabores de manière optimale avec les équipes opérationnelles.
- Tu assures le suivi de tes dossiers en cours avec rigueur via nos outils principaux (Odoo et Crewplanner)
- Tu réalises du reporting hebdomadaire avec ta responsable en vue d'atteindre les objectifs fixés.

**Quel est le profil recherché ?**
- Plus qu'un diplôme, c'est une personnalité que nous cherchons.
- Tu as minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction commerciale, de préférence dans le secteur HORECA avec des affinités HR.
- Tu parles couramment le néerlandais et le français. L'anglais est un plus.
- Tu es un excellent communicateur qui cerne aisément le besoin du client et est à l'aise avec tout type d'interlocuteur.
- Tu aimes faire la différence avez le souci du détail en prônant l'excellence.
- Dynamique et enthousiaste ; la prospection active ne te fait pas peur.
- Tu es axé client et tu t'adaptes facilement à toute situation.
- Tu es rigoureux, organisé et tenant ses engagements.
- Tu es autonome mais doté d'un réel esprit d'équipe.
- Tu es flexible au niveau des horaires.
