You will be responsible pour the followed tasks:

- Receive supplier invoices, check for proper documentation, coding and accuracy and seek budget holders approval, thereafter make timely payments to the suppliers;
- Perform month end closure of accounts. Ensure the “month end checklist” is followed, all the corrections done in the in-tray, clearance of Swiss Francs (CHF) differences and reconciliation of all the balance sheet accounts;
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for our client accounts;
- Liaise with Payroll Company to obtain Payroll related accounting documents and prepare payroll entries, review and reconcile Payroll accounts and analyse outstanding balances;
- Management of shared office and service costs, post entries, review and validate.
- Manage the day-to-day processing of transactions in accordance with established procedures;
- Manage and Dispense Petty cash;
- Prepare the budgets for our client or other required formats in collaboration with the budget holders;

**Profile**

You have the followed abilities:

- Bachelor Degree/Technical degree (or equivalent relevant experience) in Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant field
- At least 5 years professional experience in finance and administration aspects
- Deep specialist knowledge and professional qualification in finance or equivalent
- Fluent in French AND English
- Highly organised/time management
