Description
- Vous déterminez les besoins en recrutement de nos chauffeurs, mécaniciens et employés administratifs.
- Vous développez et mettez en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement créatives pour attirer les - meilleurs candidats.
- Vous gérez et optimisez nos canaux de sourcing, tels que les réseaux sociaux, les jobboards et les écoles.
- Vous optimisez notre collaboration avec des partenaires externes tels que VDAB et Actiris.
- Vous menez des entretiens d'embauche et évaluez les candidats.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe d'exploitation pour vous assurer que nous avons les bonnes personnes au bon endroit.
- Vous vous tenez au courant des dernières tendances en matière de développement des talents et de recrutement.
- Vous contribuez à la mise en place d'un processus de recrutement rationalisé et pérenne.
Votre profil
- Vous avez de préférence un diplôme de bachelier (RH, travail social, ...) ou une expérience équivalente pertinente.
- Vous êtes bilingue néerlandais - français.
- Vous avez de préférence une première expérience dans une fonction RH avec un focus sur le recrutement.
- Vous aimez obtenir des résultats et travaillez volontiers sur la base d'un processus axé sur les KPI.
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences administratives et maîtrisez MS Office.
- Vous êtes ouvert et communicatif et avez une bonne écoute.
- Vous êtes autonome et enthousiaste, mais vous aimez aussi travailler en équipe.
- Votre lieu de travail est Neder-Over-Heembeek, mais vous êtes également prêt à vous déplacer vers d'autres filiales dans tout le pays.
