Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?

Als HR Director Social Relations & Wellbeing, zorg je voor een kwalitatieve sociale dialoog met de sociale partners, waardoor de bedrijfsdoelstellingen in een positief sociaal klimaat kunnen worden bereikt. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van een beleid gericht op welzijn op het werk, dat voldoet aan de behoeften van zowel het personeel als het bedrijf.

In het kader van je functie, beheer je een team van een tiental personen en rapporteer je aan de Senior Vice President HR.

Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?

Labour relations

  • Je neemt deel aan de strategie en de bepaling van het model van sociale dialoog;
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de directie in de verschillende overlegorganen;
  • Je plant en leidt de sociale dialoog om de onderhandeling van collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten in een constructief sociaal klimaat te vergemakkelijken;
  • Je zorgt voor de implementatie en de correcte uitvoering van de overeenkomsten en regels die voortkomen uit de sociale dialoog;
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met de sociale partners en wordt erkend als hun bevoorrechte gesprekspartner.

Wellbeing

  • Je ontwikkelt welzijnsbeleid in zeer uiteenlopende domeinen (diversiteit, intimidatie, verslavingen, absenteïsme, enz.), afgestemd op de strategie en de waarden van het bedrijf;
  • Je ontwikkelt een beleid van maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid van de werkgever op sociaal/humaan gebied tegenover alle stakeholders zowel binnen het bedrijf als met externe partners.

  • Je beschikt over een Master.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring in sociale relaties.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van sociale en arbeidswetgeving.
  • Je bent tweetalig FR/NL.
