As a part of the People Services department, you support & contribute to the following mission:
'Our ambition with this transformation program is to set our HR function up for the future by bringing a more globally standardized, data-driven and impactful People Services Experience that allows an increased focus on Operational Excellence & Employee Experience, an essential part of our People Vision.
With the implementation of TogetherHR, we will become part of a bigger HR eco-system, allowing closer & more structured collaboration with our Global counterparts on the one hand and rely upon the proven capabilities of our colleagues in ING Hubs in Poland and Manilla on the other hand.
Together, our purpose remains to bring personal, easy, relevant and instant employee services through the existing contact model.
To allow a smooth matching with the Global Footprint on the one hand and allowing implementation and adoption of the BE contact model on the other hand, we will adapt the structure of Local People Services and its teams. Our intention and ambition with the new structure is to
· bring experience, value add and partnership to our employees and our managers
· increase focus on employee experience, both in the delivery of & by continuously improving our employee services.
· remain in control over the E2E Quality, effectivity & efficiency of our processes'
The Head of Digital Solutions & Employee Insights
- is part of the People Services Management team and
- leads a team of Data Analysts, Data Management Experts and Employee Journey experts with the following mission:
'Empower the organisation by bringing the latest developments in technology to our business partners, both for our existing as for new applications, in order to serve as a catalyst for growth and innovation.
Additionally, we are committed to enabling data-driven decision making through advanced reporting & insights while also ensuring the strategy is backed by accurate and actionable insights that we bring to the organisation.'
- The Key responsibilities of the team are:
• Non-Workday reporting
• Asset Ownership of local applications
• Data analysis
• Business intelligence (For HRBP, COE, ...)
• Knowledge of local HR IT landscape and integration
• Connection with Tech organization and vendors
• Connection with Global organization on global assets
In your role, you:
• Demonstrate to be an inspiring leader and coaching manager that can build and maintain a high performing team
• Deliver innovative IT and data solutions that enhance the HR strategy and put employee experience at the heart of every implementation, including influencing of stakeholders at local and global parts of the organisation
• Drive continuous improvement by keeping up to date with the latest developments in the data and HR IT domain
• Build and maintain the data insights and quality framework; enable a next level data maturity for your key stakeholders by understanding their interests, objectives and support those by bringing proactively data insights
• Collaborate with the business controllers to ensure security and compliance of local HR systems and employee data
This role requires you to
• Have a strong affinity with HR IT systems, data integrations, and automation tools
• Think strategically to translate complex business requirements into IT and data solutions
• Show leadership skills to develop, inspire and motivate a team of diverse profiles
• Display strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable information, across the HR ecosystem.
