En tant que HR Director Social Relations & Wellbeing, vous assurez un dialogue social de qualité avec les partenaires sociaux permettant d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise dans un climat social positif. Vous serez également en charge de développer une politique visant le bien-être au travail et répondant aux besoins de l'ensemble du personnel ainsi qu'aux besoins de l'entreprise.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous gérez une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes et rapportez au Senior Vice President HR.



De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?

Labour relations

  • Vous participez à la stratégie et à la définition du modèle de dialogue social ;
  • Vous représentez la direction dans les divers organes de concertation ;
  • Vous planifiez et animez le dialogue social afin de faciliter la négociation des conventions collectives dans un climat social constructif ;
  • Vous assurez, la mise en œuvre et la bonne exécution des conventions et règles issues du dialogue social.
  • Vous construisez une relation de confiance avec les partenaires sociaux et êtes reconnu comme leur interlocuteur privilégié.

Wellbeing

  • Vous développez des politiques de bien-être, dans des domaines très variés (diversité, harcèlement, assuétudes, absentéisme, etc.), alignées avec la stratégie et les valeurs de l'entreprise ;
  • Vous développez une politique de responsabilité sociétale de l'employeur dans le domaine social/humain vis-à-vis de toutes les parties prenantes tant à l'intérieur de l'entreprise qu'avec des partenaires externes.

A la STIB, votre salaire est calculé en toute transparence, en tenant compte de vos responsabilités et de votre expérience, peu importe votre sexe ou vos origines

  • Vous disposez d'un Master.
  • Vous avez une forte expérience réussie en relations sociales.
  • Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de la législation sociale et du travail.
  • Vous êtes bilingue FR/NL.
  • Vos qualités personnelles : assertivité, capacité de persuasion, de leadership, sens aïgu de la négociation, esprit d'équipe, grande capacité d'adaptation, objectivité, intégrité, autonomie et pro-activité.
