EnergyVision brengt duurzame energie-oplossingen naar de huizen en/of bedrijven van onze klanten. Zo plaatsen we zonnepanelen, laadpalen of andere technieken zonder dat de klant één euro hoeft te investeren. Dankzij onze aanpak kunnen klanten vanaf dag één besparen op hun energiefactuur. We begeleiden onze klanten jarenlang en doen er alles aan om hen centraal te stellen, samen met meer dan 200 medewerkers in Gent, Brussel, Tianjin (China) en Casablanca (Marokko).

Als onderdeel van onze groei zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Experience Manager.

**Jouw taken**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige customer journey flow binnen onze verschillende diensten/ producten
- Je bouwt de nodige tools, processen en platformen op om de klant een perfecte totaalbeleving te laten ervaren
- Je zet onze visie en engagement naar de klant om in een roadmap en strategie voor de verschillende departementen
- Je zet mee een systeem op om de klant van a-z te helpen en begeleiden
- Je monitort en analyseert de klantentevredenheid en neemt acties om deze continu te verbeteren
- Je helpt mee dit departement uit te bouwen

**Jouw profiel**
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma in een relevante richting én hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige omgeving
- Je bent perfect Nederlands
- en Franstalig, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- Je hebt ervaring als teamlead en bent in staat een departement verder uit te bouwen
- Je hebt ervaring in het implementeren van nieuwe systemen en programma's
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en bent een meester in het behouden van een helikopterview
- Je bent punctueel, accuraat en beschikt over een analytisch denkvermogen
- Je bent stressbestendig en besluitvaardig
- Je spiegelt jezelf aan de kernwaarden van EnergyVision: Doelgerichtheid, Integriteit en Transparantie
