Job Description

Primary Role:
* Guide customers towards long-term success by enhancing efficiencies and sharing best practices.
* Assist customers in becoming self-sufficient with Intuitive's digital tools.
* Act as a customer advocate internally and ensure transparency across teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:
* Manage onboarding processes for Intuitive customers to maximize service and resource utilization.
* Develop expertise in Intuitive Ecosystem offerings to provide tailored solutions for hospital stakeholders.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration to support Tier 1 Accounts effectively.
* Monitor outcomes to ensure sustained customer success and address potential bottlenecks.
* Advocate for customer needs and work with internal teams to solve challenges.
* Support customers in achieving key milestones and business objectives by identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
* Utilize Customer Success systems for tracking interactions and milestone achievements.
* Conduct regular touchpoints with customers for alignment and feedback.
* Assist in new product launches and program implementations.
* Educate internal teams on best practices and available resources.

Qualifications

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
* 5-10 years in account management, sales, marketing, or similar Customer Success role, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
* Strong relationship-building skills and strategic thinking ability.
* Proficiency in project management and process improvement.
* Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and influencing management.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Proven ability to work effectively across different functions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Independent worker in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with MS Office; familiarity with SAP ERP, CRM systems, and Gainsight is a plus.
* Fluency in French, Dutch, and English; other European languages are advantageous.
* Occasional travel may be necessary.
