Jouw challenge?
- Je staat in voor ondersteuning van onze klanten (1ste en 2de lijn), zowel op IT-gebied als ter ondersteuning van onze eigen Pharma software (CareConnect Pharmacist). Je verzorgt hierbij de eerstelijns telefonische probleemanalyse en ondersteuning.
- In de uitvoering van je functie word je bijgestaan door professionele medewerkers die je een gedegen opleiding bezorgen en de ruimte laten voor een verdere zelfontplooiing & uitbouw van je eigen ervaring.
- Op termijn geef je ook opleidingen (via webinar, in groep en/of individueel) aan onze klant-apothekers inzake het gebruik van onze pharma software.
- Via analyse en opzoekingen streef je naar een maximale uitbouw van je kennis om zo een professionele en kwalitatieve service te verlenen.
- Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Gent met mogelijkheid tot 3 dagen thuiswerk per week.
Naar welk talent zijn we op zoek?
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding met een farmaceutische achtergrond (zoals apotheker of apotheekassistent) genoten en hebt een goede IT-kennis/interesse.
- Je bent klantgericht en een dienstverlenende functie uitoefenen is je ambitie.
- Ervaring in het telefonisch ondersteunen van klanten is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een stressbestendige, rustige persoon. Je bent een teamplayer en je vindt je voldoening in het leveren van kwaliteitsservice.
- Het beheersen van een softwarepakket beschouw je als een uitdaging.
- Praktijkkennis van CareConnect Pharmacist of een ander apotheeksoftwarepakket is een pluspunt.
- Je kan je vlot in het Nederlands uitdrukken. Kennis van Frans is een mooie plus, maar geen vereiste.
- Je bezit een goede kennis van de Microsoft Office toolset.
- Je kunt telefonisch een technische analyse maken.
- Je kan discreet omgaan met alle gegevens waartoe je toegang krijgt.
- Flexibiliteit, motivatie, stiptheid, zelfstandig werken en het kunnen stellen van prioriteiten behoren tot je kwaliteiten.
- Zelfstudie en regelmatige bijscholing schrikken je niet af.
