Team Manager Customers & Accounts Enterprises & Public
De afdeling Customers Contracts & Accounts (CCA) speelt een cruciale rol binnen de bank. Haar missie omvat het beheren van klantensignalitiek en rekeningenbeheer als referentie voor alle diensten die de bank aanbiedt. Dit behelst het efficiënt beheren van klantidentificatiedossiers en rekeningen.
De job in een notendop
Als verantwoordelijke van het team Customers & Accounts Enterprises & Public, gericht op Corporate, Social Profit en Public klanten, draag je bij aan de klanttevredenheid door te streven naar operationele efficiëntie en strikte naleving van regelgeving.
Jouw voornaamste taak is het effectief organiseren van het team van 20 tot 25 personen, inclusief zowel bedienden als leidinggevenden, die belast zijn met grondige analyse van identificatiedossiers. De teamleden zijn gevestigd in Brussel en Gent.
Om dit te bereiken, moet je het volledige identificatieproces van A tot Z beheersen en constructief samenwerken met verschillende partners, zoals Compliance, Legal, Tax, Transaction Banking, en andere CCA- en CTS-teams. Je neemt ook deel aan projecten met betrekking tot deze onderwerpen.

- Een kritische, positieve en analytische geest hebt en zowel in detail als vanuit vogelperspectief kunt denken.
- Flexibel bent en een constructieve houding aanneemt.
