YOUR ROLE:

  • You will support our team of corporate lawyers in the Benelux region
  • You will be in charge of drafting correspondences & legal documents
  • You will handle contract & document management, including corporate law and insurance matters
  • You will be responsible of preparing reports and statistics, as well as feeding (international) databases.
  • You will work in close cooperation with other departments (mostly IT & Finance), authorities and affiliates regarding registrations and submissions, contracts, legal documents & processes.
  • You will coordinate and organize business trips, workshops and team meetings, including preparation of the agenda, presentations, handouts and drafting of the meeting minutes.
  • You will be handling order and invoice processes, by ensuring proper validation and execution of invoicing and payments.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Office Management/Administration, or an equivalent/related experience in the field
  • You have preferably 3 to 5 years work experience in a law firm or within the legal department of a company; alternatively, you have a proven experience in an assistant function within an international corporate organization
  • You have a solid understanding of processes related to payments, invoicing, trips, etc.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, with a good understanding of French
  • You are a real team player with strong communication skills, proactive and motivated
  • You are organized, with a strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • You can work with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.), and are not afraid to learn to use new ones (Invoicing, SAP, etc.)
