En tant que manager en stratégie, vous jouez un rôle crucial en facilitant le processus de définition, de formulation et de communication des objectifs stratégiques. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la direction et les aidez à concrétiser ces objectifs en faisant le lien entre les différents départements, assurant le suivi des réalisations et rendant compte des progrès à l'organe d'administration.
En outre, en qualité de responsable de processus, vous veillerez au bon fonctionnement et à l'optimisation des processus internes transversaux.
Tâches et responsabilités :
- Recueillir des informations de base pour discuter des options et des questions stratégiques.
- Animer des ateliers avec les membres du comité stratégique pour déterminer les priorités stratégiques.
- Assurer la coordination avec la direction pour formuler des objectifs stratégiques SMART.
- Rédiger les documents relatifs aux objectifs stratégiques destinés à l'organe d'administration.
- Rendre compte de l'état d'avancement de la réalisation des initiatives stratégiques.
- Faire vivre la stratégie en interne auprès des employés via les canaux de communication internes.
- Lancer des projets d'amélioration et travailler à l'optimisation des processus pour atteindre les KPI définis.
- Optimiser et maintenir les processus internes transversaux.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en gestion d'entreprise, en management ou dans un domaine connexe, ou vous avez une expérience avérée en planification et mise en œuvre stratégiques, de préférence au sein d'une organisation complexe.
Compétences requises :
- Compétences analytiques avérées pour traduire des objectifs stratégiques en actions concrètes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes.
- Capacité à analyser et optimiser les processus en coordination avec les services concernés.
- Attitude proactive permettant de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique.
- Bonne connaissance des institutions de sécurité sociale et du secteur des soins de santé est un atout.
- Maîtrise active du néerlandais.
