**Account Manager New Business BeLux**
- Na een intensieve inwerk
- en opleidingsperiode ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe klantenrelaties. Je staat ook in voor het beheren en verder uitbreiden van deze klantenportefeuille binnen zowel openbare als private sectoren en dit voor alle AV en communicatie oplossingen, installaties, systemen en services.
- Je bedenkt en implementeert succesvolle strategieën en actieplannen voor marktontwikkeling en je creëert kansen en business door gerichte commerciële acties, prospectie, networking en account management.
- Je bent voortdurend op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten, leads en projecten.
- Je detecteert specifieke vragen en behoeften van klanten en prospects en je vertaalt deze in professioneel advies en op maat gesneden oplossingen.
- Voor o.m. openbare aanbestedingen en het uitwerken van complexe offertes en installaties kan je terug-vallen op een deskundige tenderdesk en het backoffice team en op engineering.
- Voor de realisatie en opvolging van de projecten werk je nauw samen met een toegewijd Project Manager.
- Je staat garant voor het bewaken en opvolgen van klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit, targets, marges, prijsniveaus, markt-, product
- en technologische ontwikkelingen.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de General Manager BeLux
**Jouw profiel**
- Voor deze commerciële speerpuntfunctie kijken we uit naar kandidaten met een succesvolle en relevante B2B verkoopservaring in technisch vooruitstrevende maatwerk-oplossingen zoals bvb. audiovisuele en communicatie systemen, ICTInfrastructuur, building facililties, telecommunicatie, managed services en aanverwante technologieën.
- Liefst beschik je reeds over een sterk relatie netwerk van decision makers in meerdere marktsegmenten en sectoren zoals bvb. overheid, hospitality, zorgsector, sport, cultuur, industrie, financial services, onderwijs, recreatie.
- Je bent een overtuigend onderhandelaar, sterk in relatie management en met een uitstekend commercieel en zakelijk inzicht.
- Je bent een ondernemend, vindingrijk en resultaatsgericht doorzetter met visie, lef en uitstraling.
- Je beschikt over een parate talenkennis in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
