**Functie**:
Om de groei van TML Gent te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Application Support Officer.
In deze functie word je opgenomen in het team dat ondersteuning biedt aan collega's die dagelijks ons Transport Management System (TAS) gebruiken.
- Een greep uit je takenpakket:_
- Samen met jouw collega's fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor de gebruikers van onze toepassing.
- Je communiceert met de gebruikers over functionaliteit en best practices. Ook het geven van opleiding is af en toe nodig.
- Je signaleert problemen en werkt mee aan de optimalisatie van het gebruik van de applicatie.
- Je hebt contact met de makers van de software en werkt nauw samen met de collega's van het IT-team.

- Ervaring binnen de transport en logistieke sector is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
- Ben je communicatief in zowel Nederlands, Engels en Frans?
- Werk je graag in teamverband met een grote autonomie?
- Kan je prioriteiten stellen, zonder het grote geheel uit het oog te verliezen?
- Ben je analytisch, gestructureerd, stressbestendig en kan je snel schakelen?
- En bovenal, heb je "goesting" om te werken, te leren en te groeien?
