**Beschrijving**:
Voor onze klant die deel uitmaakt van een beursgenoteerde, toonaangevende groep, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Production Manager. Ze ontwikkelen en produceren duurzame en innovatieve matrassen op grote industriële schaal voor de internationale bedding markt st / jaar).
Als Production manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algehele werking en organisatie van de ganse productieafdeling. Je stuurt hiervoor het ganse operations team (70 tal arbeiders) via supervisors en bediendes.
Daarnaast bepaal je de strategie en KPI's om meeste effifiente wijze de productiedoelen te behalen en op te volgen.
Verder ga je ook op zoek naar verbeteeringsinitiatieven en werk je mee aan optimalisatie
- en investeringsprojecten in samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen: Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance,...
Tenslotte ben je het aanspreekpunt om de ganse afdeling naar een hoger niveau te tillen en mee toe te kijken op kwaliteit, energie en veiligheid.
**Profiel**:
- Masterdiploma en leidinggevende capaciteiten
- Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een productie omgeving
- Positief en kritisch ingesteld, probleemoplossend, communicatief en overtuigend
- Je kan autonoom werken en biedt vaktechnische ondersteuning waar nodig
- Kennis van Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma en/of Best Manufacturing Practices is een sterke troef
