Multipharma est la plus grande coopérative dans le domaine de la pharmacie en Belgique. En tant qu'acteur clé dans le secteur des soins pharmaceutiques, Multipharma souhaite renforcer le rôle du pharmacien dans les soins de première ligne afin de rendre les soins de santé accessibles à tous. Pour ce faire, Multipharma s'appuie sur son réseau de 246 pharmacies et sur l'expertise de ses 1800 employés. Grâce à une approche omnicanale dynamique et à des innovations technologiques, ces derniers sont constamment au service de leurs patients. Multipharma dispose également d'un centre de distribution avancé et de 2 centres innovants pour la préparation de médication individuelle, destinée aux patients dans les maisons de repos et d'autres établissements de soins.
**VOTRE FONCTION**:
En tant que **Category Manager** vous définissez un assortiment de produits optimal en ligne avec les valeurs de l'entreprise et la stratégie omnicanale de Multipharma. Vous définissez également l'assortiment en ligne avec la stratégie catégorielle et soutenez les activités commerciales de plusieurs catégories de produits afin de garantir un assortiment qualitatif, cohérent et rationnel correspondant aux besoins et attentes des patients. Vous garantissez un profit maximal et ainsi contribuez à la réalisation des objectifs opérationnels.
**VOS RESPONSABILITES ET ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES**:

- Vous élaborez une stratégie catégorielle afin d'atteindre les objectifs de qualité, des besoins patients, des tendances du marché, de rentabilité et de chiffre d'affaires de l'assortiment des produits:
- Vous vous basez sur des analyses de tendance et des études de marché et vous les détaillez pour vos propres catégories
- Vous identifiez les produits phares de vos catégories de produits selon les besoins de nos patients, ainsi que les évolutions et tendances du marché
- Vous définissez une stratégie catégorielle claire en ligne avec la stratégie d'entreprise
- Vous identifiez les produits de potentiel sous marque propre par catégorie de produit et ce, en collaboration avec le Private Label Manager**Category & product portfolio management**:
Vous convertissez la stratégie catégorielle en actions concrètes et établissez un plan commercial (une politique commerciale qui se décline entre autres dans la visibilité (planogramme), des actions marketing,), en concertation avec les directions concernées:
- Vous contribuez, sur base de votre connaissance de vos catégories et de la stratégie catégorielle au positionnement, à la politique de prix, aux promotions et à la marge des produits
- Vous planifiez et organisez des actions de vente et de marketing
- Vous négociez un soutien commercial approprié avec les fournisseurs, en lien avec la stratégie commerciale catégorielle
- Vous établissez des planogrammes afin de refléter votre politique commerciale dans la visibilité des produits**Vendor management**:
Vous entretenez et/ou développez les relations avec les partenaires externes afin de garantir une collaboration répondant aux objectifs de l'organisation:
- Vous évaluez les fournisseurs existants et établissez des contacts avec des partenaires potentiels
- Vous assurez la coordination avec les différents intervenants de la supply chain, finance, marketing, les pharmacies et logistique concernant les modalités pratiques d'exécution des accords
- Vous négociez les conditions d'achat des catégories de produits et assurez le suivi de leur commercialisation. Vous négociez un investissement promotionnel pour dynamiser les ventes des produits en officine si c'est opportun**Operational management**:
- En collaboration avec les départements concernés, vous coordonnez et organisez les activités de vente (choix assortiment, centralisation, définition planogrammes,) et de marketing (soutien promotionnel/communication) de vos catégories de produits afin de répondre aux exigences de qualité et rentabilité de l'organisation:
- Vous planifiez, organisez et structurez le travail en impliquant les collaborateurs concernés et en pouvant vous appuyez sur l'aide de votre assistant Catman
- Vous concevez un planogramme avec différentes déclinaisons en fonction de la taille de l'officine
- Vous informez et convainquez les collaborateurs concernés des choix au moyen d'informations qualitatives, quantitatives et économiques**Project management**:
Vous supervisez et/ou contribuez à des projets afin d'optimiser les services et les systèmes de fonctionnement permettant d'atteindre les résultats de rentabilité et de qualité de l'organisation:
