Daarom versterken wij onze crew met een **Senior Account Manager Events (M/V)**. Da's zo iemand die stevig in z'n sneakers staat. Die misschien al een beetje grijs haar heeft, maar er liefst nog wat bij wilt. Die geen idee heeft wat kantooruren zijn. En die graag honderd dingen tegelijk doet, liefst nog met handen én voeten.
**Thrilled to pieces over deze to do's?**:
- Je draagt je eigen klantenportefeuille in je binnenzak, dicht bij je hart.
- Je klanten verdienen een overdosis van onze 'logic meets magic'.
- Je bereidt niet alleen creative events, brand activations of digital events voor, maar werkt ze ook van a tot z uit. Presentaties maken, budgetten beramen en productieplanningen en scripts in elkaar flansen zijn je favoriete zittende activiteiten.
- Op elk van je evenementen ben jij **de wervelwind die alles en iedereen miraculeus op de juiste plek op het juiste moment blaast**. Vaste medewerkers, freelance krachten, leveranciers: zij doen wat jij zegt. Maar je moet het uitstralen natuurlijk.
- Je leert/blijft graag bij en ruikt nieuwe tools en trends voor events zelfs op een vier dagen oude festivalwei.
**Beschrijven we jou treffend?**:
- Aan de muur van je toilet hangt een ingekaderd brevet in marketing, event management, communicatie,voor gevorderden.
- Je hebt minimum **1825 dagen ervaring** in een soortgelijke job of kan andere, even levensingrijpende werkervaring voorleggen.
- Je spreekt, schrijft, vloekt en denkt vlot in het **Nederlands, Engels en Fran**s**.
- Qua eigenschappen die eindigen op -tief, kom je het verst met 'creatief' en 'initiatief'. En terwijl we toch bezig zijn, gooien we er nog de nuttige dooddoeners flexibel, gedreven, teamplayer en commercieel tegenaan.
- Aan je lijf heb je poten en ballen, op je lijf staat een hoofd vol praktisch en logistiek inzicht.
- Je bent de grommende **waakhond van je planning en deadlines**. Van coachen, delegeren en leidinggeven ga je kwispelen. Je bijt je graag vast in digitale producties, met technische precisie en oog voor detail.
- Je werkt graag net en netwerkt graag. Je voelt je als een varken in de modder in de wereld van communicatie en events. Goed bedoeld he?
- Kantooruren zijn voor ambtenaren en boekhouders. 's Avonds of in het weekend werken is niet dodelijk.
- Je ziet de humor van deze vacature in, maar neemt je job bloedernstig.
