**Service Delivery Manager Employee Services v/m/x**
**Functie**
Als Service Delivery Manager Employee Services zie je toe op de tijdige en kwaliteitsvolle oplevering van producten en diensten die het RUN departement aan onze collega's levert. Je zal rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke van het departement Operations.
Belangrijkste rollen, taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Als "primus inter pares" werk je samen met de teams Help Desk en User Support om kwalitatieve producten en diensten aan te bieden aan onze collega's. Dankzij je technisch kunnen kan je omdenken en een alternatieve oplossing aanreiken of een consensus bewerkstelligen.
- Je ziet toe op of draagt zelf bij aan de constante vooruitgang van de voornoemde teams door kennisdeling actief te faciliteren en artikels in de kennisdatabank te creëren.
- Je onderhoudt een goede samenwerking met je stakeholders binnen RUN, binnen TD, in de métiers en met externe partners.
- Je ziet toe en rapporteert over het respecteren van onze interne SLAs en OLAs door gebruik te maken van de daarvoor voorziene tools (ITSM, Monitoring, etc).
- Je geeft feedback aan de respectieve contractbeheerders over de diensten waarvan je afnemer bent.
- Je garandeert samen met de 'Customer Coordinators' de communicaties naar de collega's in het kader van het opvolgen van tickets, releases, geplande interventies en P1 incidenten. Je vangt escalaties op voor je perimeter die je zelfstandig behandelt.
- Je garandeert samen met je team de uitvoering van de beslissingen van de PCAB.
- Je groeiend inzicht en technisch kunnen stellen je in staat verbetertrajecten te ontwikkelen, in samenwerking met interne stakeholders en eventueel een externe partner, om de service aan onze collega's te verbeteren en de interne efficiëntie te verbeteren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor wijzigingen aan de service in jouw team, uit eigen initiatief of door overdracht uit een project. Je neemt daartoe pro-actief de nodige initiatieven.
**Profiel**
- Universitaire opleiding in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of vergelijkbare projecten.
- Bewezen ervaring in Employee Services, meer bepaald digital workplace is noodzakelijk.
- Zeer goede taalvaardigheid, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling - in het Nederlands en het Frans - en in het Engels in jouw vakgebied. Kennis van de 3 talen is noodzakelijk.
- Analytische geest, met een grote focus op kwaliteit en 'klantenservice en -tevredenheid'.
- Proactief en plantrekker, oplossingsgericht.
- Gestructureerd en flexibel.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Teamspeler.
- De vaardigheid om een team te stimuleren, om de rol van coach op zich te nemen wordt als een troef gezien.
