Als documentation specialist zal je:
- De afdeling customer service ondersteunen door het uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de controle en opvolging van klantendossiers
- De contactpersoon zijn voor verdere vragen, zowel telefonisch als per mail
- Onze klanten informeren over welke documenten noodzakelijk zijn om hun dossier volledig in orde te kunnen brengen
- Een adviserende rol hebben, waarbij jij de persoon bent bij wie onze klanten terecht kunnen met al hun vragen

Wie zoeken wij?
- Heb jij alreeds een eerste ervaring in een administratieve functie? Super Echter is een sterke motivatie ook altijd goed.
- Je bent vlot Nederlandstalig, bezit je ook nog eens de Franse taal? Dat zien wij zeker als een pluspunt
- Kan jij jezelf omschrijven als een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en klantgerichte persoon? Exact wat wij zoeken
- Ben je bovendien bereid om minstens twee zaterdagen in de maand te werken in ruil voor een vrije dag in de week? Dan ben jij bij ons aan het juiste adres
