**Algemeen**:
Als Manager bepaal je de inhoud van de projecten en diensten binnen de het expertisedomein Green aangaande milieu, energie, circulaire economie en klimaat, gebaseerd op de strategische doelstellingen vanuit de organisatie. Hierdoor zorg je ervoor dat waardevolle producten, tools en diensten worden geleverd aan onze lidbedrijven in functie van hun noden en behoeften.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je bent bovenal people manager van een team van 8 experten. Door jouw ervaring hierin weet je jouw team te organiseren, motiveren en inspireren;
- Samen met de Service Delivery Manager bijdragen aan het talentbeheer en het evaluatieproces van het team en samen de inhoudelijke kennisoverdracht en back-up regeling binnen de expertisedomeinen organiseren;
- De inhoudelijke jaarlijkse actieplannen (projecten en day-to-day acties) formuleren en concretiseren, inclusief de noodzaak aan resources en budget;
- Opvolgen van de realisatie van de goedgekeurde actieplannen en het afdelingsbudget;
- In samenwerking met Product Development volg je de regelgeving en de trends in de markt op en i.s.m. de Service Delivery Manager analyseer je de afname van de diensten uit jouw expertisedomein;
- Via de experten in jouw team hou je vinger aan de pols over de noden en behoeften van de leden en klanten. Op basis hiervan identificeer je nieuwe opportuniteiten en zit je samen met Product Development om nieuwe of aangepaste producten, tools en diensten aan onze leden en klanten te kunnen leveren;
- Je maakt deel uit van het Services management team en draagt bij tot de interne werking van het bedrijf door continuous improvement voorstellen te formuleren.
**Gewenst profiel**:
- Een ervaren people manager (aansturen, opvolgen, coachen, ontwikkelen, team meetings organiseren en faciliteren, evaluatiegesprekken voeren, conflictbemiddeling, etc.);
- Strategisch denker met management en leiderschapsvaardigheden;
- Je spot opportuniteiten;
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als geschreven in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
- Je weet welke digitale tools er beschikbaar zijn die kunnen ondersteunen bij het voorstellen van producten en diensten;
- Affiniteit met thema's als milieu, energie, klimaat en circulaire economie is een enorm pluspunt;
- Een dynamische persoonlijkheid met oog voor continue verbetering en hoogstaande dienstverlening;
- Een teamplayer die geniet van alle soorten samenwerkingen met collega's.
