De Head Care coördineert de verschillende care departementen (Paramedische & verpleegkundige dienst). Je garandeert een kwalitatieve zorg voor alle bewoners.

Onze groep is voor woonzorgcentrum Residentie Moretus in Berchem op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die mee wil draaien in een innovatieve en dynamische werkomgeving.

**Je job**
Als Head Care maak je deel uit van het lokale managementteam en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de directeur.

Samen met je collega's head hospitality en head administration ben je de spil van de organisatie en sta je mee in voor het bieden van een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening aan onze residenten en hun familie.
- Je coördineert en superviseert de zorgverlenende diensten
- Je staat in voor de controle van de zorgverlening en zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteitsnormen voorgeschreven door onze groep worden gerespecteerd
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte werkorganisatie binnen de teams
- Je volgt verschillende personeelsgerelateerde materies op
- Je waakt erover dat je teams respectvol omgaan met residenten en hun familie, dat ze naar hen luisteren en dat ze tegemoet komen aan hun wensen
- Je staat garant voor de goede overdracht van alle noodzakelijke informatie
- Je coördineert en controleert de registratie van observaties en veranderingen betreffende onze residenten, je waakt erover dat de verpleegkundige dossiers nauwgezet up-to-date worden gehouden
- In samenspraak met de directie sta je in voor het opstellen en het opvolgen van het budget van jouw afdelingen

**Je profiel**
- Je beschikt over een diploma als verpleegkundige, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een kaderopleiding of algemene management opleiding.
- Ervaring als leidinggevende is een plus
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je gaat zelfstandig, gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en goed georganiseerd te werk
- Je bent dynamisch en neemt de nodige initiatieven
- Je analytische vaardigheden stellen je in staat om vlot informatie te interpreteren, te verwerken en om beslissingen te nemen
- Je bent discreet
- Je houdt van teamwerk
