**Jouw toekomstige context**:
Zorgen voor een vlotte BaU binnen het Advisory departement door te zorgen voor de administratieve ondersteuning van het Investment Advisory Team (+ back-up van Wealth Advisory) inclusief de Head of Advisory.
Samen met de Investment Officer van Wealth Advisory verantwoordelijk voor de risicomonitoring, de communicatie (intern en extern) en procedures. Daarnaast fungeren als contactpersoon voor projecten (gelinkt aan advies). Tevens cruciale schakel zijn in het rationaliseren van de inhoud van de klantenportefeuilles richting de modelportefeuilles
**Jouw toekomstige rol**:
Portefeuille en Risico Monitoring
- Maandelijkse analyse van de Key Risk Indicators inclusief een bespreking met ORM en Compliance.
- Trimestriële AGRC Controles
- Aanbrengen en uitwerken van verbeteringen in werkwijzen, systemen en rapporten i.s.m. ORM en i-Risk NL
- Opvolgen van de status van de Yearly Investment Reviews en alerts
- Participatie in het Client Investment Risk Committee
- Deelnemen aan het SDoc (Sustainable Duty of Care): opvolgen van actiepunten met betrekking tot de Advisory organisatie
- Audit begeleiden en opvolgen van de actiepunten
Assistent van het Investment Advisory Team
Schakel in de rationalisatie van de klantenportefeuilles
- Opvolging en rapportering (maandelijks) van de penetratiegraad van de modelportefeuilles
- Instaan voor communicatie tussen Investment Center NL en de Belgische Advisory organisatie
- In samenwerking met fondsenexperten in P&S en AAIS het aanspreekpunt zijn voor het Belgische Advisory fondsenuniversum
Interne en externe communicatie
- Interne communicatie: voorbereiding van presentaties
- Externe communicatie:
- Up-to-date houden van de distributielijsten
- Zorgen voor de lay-out en verzending van publicaties inzake aan-en verkoopideëen, publicaties specifiek voor adviesklanten,
- Opmaak van de alerts & attentions + verzending
Projecten/Liaison Officer met hoofdkantoor en andere afdelingen
- Eerstelijnscontact binnen Advisory voor algemene vragen, issues,
- Participeren in de project Meetings
