Pour rejoindre notre département Aviation Development, nous recherchons un nouveau collègue ayant une expérience en marketing et en communication pour le poste de Market Development Specialist (M/F/X).

Le département Aviation Development est chargé d'accroître le nombre de passagers et de développer le réseau de destinations et d'offres de compagnies aériennes.

Vos instructions de vol
- En tant que Market Development Specialist, vous apporterez votre soutien à diverses activités de marketing et de communication visant à accroître le nombre de passagers : campagnes de marketing pour différents groupes cibles, actions en ligne, bulletins d'information, publications, salons professionnels, représentation de l'aéroport, visites, présentations et gestion des boîtes aux lettres pour les relations extérieures.
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion et du contrôle du contenu des différents sites web destinés à différents groupes cibles tels que BRUXX, et ,.......
- En tant que Market Development Specialist, vous représenterez l'aéroport lors d'événements liés à l'industrie du voyage, tels que des tournées de présentation et des ateliers de compagnies aériennes, et vous organiserez et accompagnerez des visites de l'aéroport par des agents de voyage et d'autres représentants de compagnies aériennes.
- Vous avez un rôle de soutien pour diverses campagnes de marketing en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas et dans le nord de la France. Vous êtes capable de coordonner de manière autonome avec les agences de communication externes.
- Vous vous chargez de la planification, de la coordination et de l'exécution des newsletters B2B et B2C.
- Vous gérez, répondez et/ou coordonnez les réponses à la boîte aux lettres B2B de l'aéroport.
- Vous êtes responsable de la création et du suivi de toutes les campagnes publicitaires sur les médias sociaux des compagnies aériennes.
- Vous organisez des événements (inauguraux) pour les compagnies aériennes et gérez les devis et les budgets. Vous assurez la coordination avec les parties internes et externes. Vous apportez votre soutien à l'organisation des prix annuels de l'aviation.
- Vous contribuez à l'équipe d'Aviation Evelopment par des propositions créatives et vous pouvez, le cas échéant, servir de soutien à vos collègues du développement de l'aviation et du développement des marchés.

Votre passeport
- Vous avez le niveau de connaissance d'un bachelier ou équivalent grâce à 3-5 ans d'expérience pertinente en marketing ou communication marketing.
- Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance des médias sociaux et de la gestion des conversations en ligne, des techniques rédactionnelles, des programmes courants de traitement des images. Vous aimez rédiger des textes.
- Vous connaissez la stratégie de marketing et de communication de l'organisation et vous connaissez les différents groupes de clients (compagnies aériennes, industrie du voyage).
- Vous disposez d'une très bonne connaissance des outils informatiques
- Vous avez des connaissances de la gestion budgétaire
- Vous aimez la variété et les défis, vous êtes résistant au stress et vous pouvez travailler sous pression.
- Vous êtes désireux d'apprendre de nouvelles choses dans le domaine du marketing et de l'aviation.
- Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais ou le français comme langue maternelle. Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale et vous parlez couramment l'anglais.
