**CRM & PRINT SUPPORT**:
Kom binnen een toonaangevende organisatie met een gemoedelijke sfeer je steentje bijdragen om de Belgische bedrijfswereld vooruit te helpen bij nieuwe maatschappelijke uitdagingen.

**Takkenpakket**:

- Je staat in voor het invoeren, controleren, aanpassen en bijwerken van gegevens om de nauwkeurigheid en relevantie ervan in het CRM te waarborgen.
- Je volgt de ontwikkelingen in de sector en de actualiteit op een proactieve manier op om onze database te verrijken.
- Je ondersteunt collega's en interne gebruikers bij het gebruik van het CRM.
- Je staat in voor het afdrukken van allerlei types documenten voor seminars en het kopiëren van grote documenten, en houdt daarbij rekening met specifieke aanvragen (diverse formaten, speciale afwerking, inbinden, plastificeren, uitsnijden).
- Je ondersteunt collega's bij de ontwikkeling van ons persoverzicht (opmaak, druk, distributie).
- Je helpt bij het beheer van alle kopieerapparatuur en de bijhorende stock (onderhoud, vervanging van verbruiksgoederen, bestellingen).
- Je maakt deel uit van de interne helpdesk voor alle kopieerapparatuur.
- Je beheert de aangetekende post en bereidt Bpost-zendingen voor.

- Je stelt consistentie en precisie in je werk op prijs.
- Je bent thuis in de gangbare computertoepassingen en hebt kennis van kopieer
- en afdrukapparatuur.
- Je bent sociaal, hulpvaardig, flexibel en werkt nauwgezet.
- Stiptheid is een van je sterktes.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig en geïnteresseerd in de actualiteit.
- Je begrijpt en spreekt goed Nederlands en Frans. Het VBO biedt taalcursussen aan om je talenkennis verder bij te schaven.
