Dankzij hun producten/diensten kunnen werknemers online winkelen, bestellen via thuisbezorgingsplatforms, profiteren van diverse voordelen en kortingen of gebruikmaken van het grootste netwerk van handelaars.

Om hun sales team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een **gedreven Key Account Manager** voor hun kantoor in **Brussel.**

**Over jouw rol**

Als Key Account Manager kom je terecht in een **performant, dynamisch en hecht team** waar je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

- Het **prospecteren** van een gedefinieerde portefeuille van bedrijven met minimum 1.250 werknemers gevestigd in Vlaanderen
- Ontwikkelen van de business met prospecten door een proactieve benadering
- Prospecten **adviseren** op basis van de analyse van hun behoeften en verwachtingen
- **Deelnemen aan evenementen** waardoor je in contact kunt komen met de gerichte doelgroep
- **Organiseren van de onboarding** van je prospecten
- Management en reporting van activiteiten, pipeline en opportuniteiten van prospecten via een CRM-tool
- **Onderhandelen** in een concurrentiële markt
- Opstellen van tariefaanbevelingen, commerciële offertes en actieplannen voor het behalen van je targets

**Wie ben jij ?**
- Je beschikt over een **bachelor diploma en mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in accountmanagement** in B2B diensten
- Je hebt een netwerk van grote corporates
- Je bent **Nederlandstalig **met een **goed niveau in het Frans**:

- Je hebt een **affiniteit/ervaring in de dienstverlenende sector**. Ervaring in de HR sector is een plus
- Je kan adviseren, inspireren, overtuigen en prioriteiten stellen
- Je bent energiek, enthousiast, doelgericht, communicatief, assertief en empathisch
- Je hebt ervaring met prospectie en het begrijpen, adviseren en overtuigen van klanten in functie van hun behoeftes
- Je bent resultaatgericht, sterk in onderhandelen met een uitstekend relationeel contact en een goede luistercapaciteit
- Je bent een **teamplayer,** je kan coördineren en delegeren met verschillende transversale teams
