Plan International België maakt deel uit van een ambitieuze internationale federatie met projecten in bijna 80 landen (waaronder België). Met onze projecten genereren we impact, via beleidsbeïnvloeding, sensibilisering en projecten met en voor kinderen en jongeren.

Plan International België is een sterk groeiende organisatie. Tijdens de laatste 5 jaar steeg ons inkomen van 14 miljoen naar 25 miljoen en groeiden we van 40 naar meer dan 65 zeer gedreven collega's.

Om de straffe ambities van Plan International België nog sterker te vertalen naar een betere toekomst voor kinderen en jongeren, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste, waardengedreven en vaardige Relationship Manager Major Donors & Legacies (m/v/x)

**Doelstelling**

Als Relationship Manager Major Donors & Legacies richt je je op het ontwikkelen en uitbouwen van nieuwe en bestaande relaties met (vermogende) particulieren met een groot geefpotentieel.

Vanuit onze fondsenwervende strategie maak je een plan van aanpak voor sensibilisering, werving en behoud van major donors en voert deze uit. Je zorgt voor een significante groei van de inkomsten, dankzij een gepersonaliseerde aanpak en inspirerende donor journey.

Bovendien vergroot je de zichtbaarheid en naamsbekendheid van Plan.

Vanaf 2024 zal je het luik "Legaten" ook volledig overnemen. Je doelstelling is om meer mensen te overtuigen om Plan International op te nemen in hun testament.

Jij ziet én ontwikkelt nieuwe kansen en zet deze om in groei dankzij je creativiteit, kennisopbouw en een sterk relatiemanagement.

Je organiseert en bent aanwezig op events, waar je netwerkt en spreekt als ambassadeur van Plan International België. Je bent dus zeer goed op de hoogte van onze werking en thema's.

Externe experten ondersteunen je bij de financiële, fiscale en legale afhandeling van legaten. Wij zorgen er door bijkomende vorming voor dat je steeds op de hoogte bent van de meest recente evoluties op dit gebied en je kennis up to date blijft.

Verder stem je af met de afdeling Marketing & Communication zodat jouw verhaal in lijn is met de algemene communicatiestrategie van onze organisatie.

**Wie ben jij?**:
**Talenten, attitude en ervaring**:

- Je hebt rond 10 jaar ervaring op het vlak van individueel relatiebeheer in een non-profit of commerciële omgeving, in fondsenwerving, legaten en/of major donors.
- Je hebt een relevant netwerk, bent sterk in relatieopbouw en het onderhouden ervan
- Je communiceert ons verhaal op inspirerende en overtuigende wijze en stemt je communicatie gemakkelijk af op je diverse relaties
- Je bent een persoonlijke gesprekspartner waar men op kan rekenen en komt je afspraken na
- Dankzij je actieve luistervaardigheden en je goede behoefteanalyses weet je snel waar je kan verbinden met een gesprekspartner en zet je dit om in concrete acties met resultaat
- Je durft de geefvraag te stellen op een waarden gedreven manier met de juiste argumenten en timing
- Je werkt doelgericht, ondernemend en bent een doorzetter, je hebt oog voor het behalen van kwaliteitsvolle resultaten
- Je staat 100% achter de waarden en missie van Plan en hebt een grote interesse voor kinderrechten en meer specifiek, meisjesrechten
- Je krijgt energie van het spreken op events en van netwerkactiviteiten. Je bent bereid op regelmatige basis 's avonds en in het weekend aanwezig te zijn op netwerk-events waar we onze doelgroepen bereiken
- Je bent bereid om je in heel België te verplaatsen en hebt je een rijbewijs B. Car-sharing behoort ook tot de opties
- Om vlot te kunnen communiceren ben je perfect tweetalig (NL/FR) en ben je zeer vlot in Engels
- Je neemt graag initiatief en durft met verbeteringsvoorstellen te komen
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office (Excel, Word, prestentatietools)
- Je werkt graag samen en transversaal met andere teams binnen de organisatie
