Dankzij de verscheidenheid aan digitale en niet-digitale middelen waarover je beschikt om je expertises te doen, zal je dag er zelden hetzelfde uitzien
Je functie in detail:
Als brandexpert:
- treed je op als AXA-ambassadeur in de uitvoering van de expertises en/of de regeling van schadegevallen in de verschillende takken van de brandverzekering en de verzekeringen BA;
- hetzij via 'klassieke' expertises
- hetzij via de ter beschikking gestelde digitale middelen
- beoordeel je de materiële schade;
- leg je uit of het betrokken schadegeval al dan niet gedekt is
- bepaal je wie aansprakelijk is en of een eventueel verhaal mogelijk is
- controleer je de verzekerde bedragen en de conformiteit van het verzekerde risico
- controleer je de naleving van de contractuele verbintenissen
**Jouw Profiel**
- e hebt een master
- of een bachelordiploma (architect, landmeter, ingenieur...)
- Je hebt min. drie jaar beroepservaring (ervaring in het beheer van schadegevallen brand/BA is een troef);
- Je bent in staat om met verschillende partijen expertises te leiden.
- Je staat open voor de technische en niet-technische evoluties van het beroep
- Je bent in het bezit van een licentie als privédetective of je verbindt je ertoe om er een te behalen Je kan autonoom werken en beslissingen nemen in complexe en belangrijke dossiers.
- Je hebt goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden;
- Overtuigingskracht;
- Empathie en klantgerichtheid
- Zin voor initiatief en autonomie
- Goede vaardigheden op het vlak van planning en probleemanalyse
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans, kennis van het Nederlands is een troef
