Part-time Receptionist

  • Handling, forwarding, and screening calls; taking messages.
  • Welcoming visitors, guiding them to conference rooms, managing visitor badges, and supporting administrative needs.
  • Assisting with bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Reserving rooms, coordinating catering, setting up meetings, and liaising with IT for video conferences.
  • Transport Arrangements.
  • Organizing couriers and handling mail.
  • Minimum 2 years' receptionist experience
  • Proficiency in English and French or Dutch; additional languages are a plus
  • Technical skills with Windows-based software
  • Reliable, flexible, and helpful with a professional attitude
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a sense of humor
  • Part-time contract (20 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 4 to 8 pm)
