L'ambition de CUO (Customer Operations) est que nous soyons, en Belgique, reconnue comme l'entreprise offrant le meilleur service à la clientèle.
Au sein de CUO / PRC vous assurez la coordination end-to-end et la mise en œuvre de l'optimisation des processus pour les produits complexes. Vous faites cela en toute transparence avec vos personnes de contact des différents départements opérationnels ; et ce afin d'assurer une approche E2E la plus complète possible aussi bien en termes opérationnels que pour nos clients.
Vous vous assurez que tous les services opérationnels soient préparés de façon optimale afin de supporter les optimisations des processus de manière qualitative, efficace et conviviale pour nos clients.
Tâches et responsabilités
- Vous coordonnez - avec un haut degré d'autonomie - les optimisations des processus E2E prof market (Mobile, Cloud, Voice, DATA...) et portez une attention particulière au service à la clientèle en mettant en avant la digitalisation, aux procédures claires et efficaces pour les services opérationnels et aux outils nécessaires afin de promouvoir et vendre le produit. Si nécessaire, vous remettez en question le modèle de support et proposez des améliorations.
- Vous coordonnez vos activités dans le domaine des customer journeys 'lead2cash' et/ou 'admin servicing'.
- Vous êtes un des points de contact de nos groupes de support opérationnels pour le suivi des produits professionnels afin d'améliorer leurs processus existants. Dans ce cadre, vous êtes l'interlocuteur avec les autres divisions pour prioritiser et réaliser des projets d'amélioration (contacts avec les product managers, IT développeurs )
- Vous représentez les services opérationnels dans l'équipe de projet ; et ce en toute transparence avec les parties internes concernées. Vous validez les opinions et les décisions avec vos contacts internes. Vous définissez les 'requirements' du projet en tenant compte de leur feedback.
- Au sein de l'équipe de projet, vous respectez la méthodologie et le planning défini. Vous rapportez fonctionnellement au Project Manager qui dirige le projet. Vous participez aux 'projets et process core team meetings' qui ont lieu au cours des différentes phases du projet. Vous informez le représentant de votre division au project board avant chaque réunion et initiez des escalations si cela s'avère nécessaire.
- Vous faites appel à une équipe (virtuelle) de membres du staff ou du field, que vous impliquez tout au long des différentes phases du projet.
- Vous participez à l'élaboration du business case en fournissant, avec l'aide de l'équipe Capacité, les impacts opérationnels.
- Vous coordonnez les tests d'acceptation/de production de votre produit et vous analysez/informez sur l'état d'avancement des tests, ainsi que sur les problèmes éventuels.
- Vous définissez les besoins de communication de tous les (sous-)départements impactés en collaboration avec les parties concernées. Vous utilisez les canaux de communication appropriés (formation, présentations, Quizz, conf call,...).
- Après le lancement, vous faites le suivi et restez le point de contact CUO. Vous assurez le suivi des problèmes post-lancement et résumez clairement la situation vers votre management.
- Vous jouez un rôle actif dans le respect de l'expérience client et défendez la nécessité des Quality gates, résumant l'expérience E2E. En ce qui concerne les clients internes, vous prêtez une attention particulière à l'ergonomie des systèmes et à la facilité des processus
Profil
- Vous avez un diplôme universitaire ou master ou équivalent par expérience.
- Vous avez au moins 5-10 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.
- Vous avez une affinité avec le travail en mode projet, associée à une vaste expérience opérationnelle dans un environnement pertinent.
- La connaissance de la méthodologie de projet est un atout.
- La connaissance des produits et services prof market et de l'organisation Proximus est un atout.
