Als HSE Engineer/Manager ben je de spil in ons streven naar een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving. Je biedt dagelijks advies en informatie aan het managementteam over alle gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieukwesties die wettelijk vereist zijn op onze 2 locaties te Gent. Je maakt deel uit van het comité (CPBW).
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Handhaven en afdwingen van het veiligheids- en milieuprogramma
- Identificeren van gezondheids- en veiligheidsrisico's; voorstellen van verbeteringen om de veiligheidsuitvoering en bewustwording te verbeteren rol in het IDPBW
- Deelname CPBW met uitwerking van doelgerichte actiepunten en de implementatie ervan
- Organisatie van inspecties/audits in samenwerking met het managementteam
- Informeren en adviseren van de Plant Manager in alle veiligheidsaangelegenheden
- Het uitwerken van een plan rond brandveiligheid van de site.
- Onderhouden en verbeteren van de documentatie voor HSE
- ISO-certificatie (kwaliteit, milieu, energie, voeding) kent voor jou geen geheimen
