The position
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Customer and Sales Support coordinator is, together with her/his colleague, the backbone of client and sales management.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers (pharmacists, Key Accounts, hospitals, wholesalers, etc.);
- Supports the sales team by answering questions (logistics, prices, etc.);
- Ensures the control of the discounts granted by the sales team for direct orders;
- Maintain contact with the logistics partner;
- Article and price management in the CRM system;
- Is responsible for managing the customer base
- Supports the Sales Manager, and General Manager with administrative tasks;
Competences and experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customerfriendly and proactive;
- Good time management and organizational skills;
- Places a high priority on accuracy and meticulous followup;
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of SalesForce+ or other sales CRM system is an advantage.
