The Monizze Finance team is on the lookout for a great addition to strengthen this amazing team, we are looking for a Finance Administrative Officer, who will be responsible for the bookkeeping, the fleet management and all administrative follow-up of the finance team.

What you will do
As a Finance Administrative Officer at Monizze, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our finance department while also contributing to our company's mission of enhancing the quality of life for our clients and employees alike.
Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities:
What you will bringProven working experience in administrative roles, with an appetite for finance related topics. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Dutch and/or French speaker. As we receive and handle documents in French and Dutch, understanding both languages when reading is a plus.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial information.
