Notre client(e) reherche activement un(e) "Customer Service Specialist" bilingue FR/AN
Vos missions :
• Vous faites partie l'équipe « Customer Service », dont le but est de fournir le meilleur service aux Clients. Vous êtes donc orienté résultat et satisfaction Clients.
• Vous êtes le premier point de contact des clients « vending » : vous devez répondre par téléphone et/ou par mail aux différentes demandes d'information, demandes de livraison, signalement de pannes et éventuelles plaintes.
• En tant que premier contact avec les clients, vous représentez la société et vous vous assurez d'offrir un accueil privilégié et agréable à vos interlocuteurs.
• Vous réalisez quotidiennement le planning de réapprovisionnement pour les agents de service sur base des demandes reçues des clients et des informations disponible grâce aux outils de télémétrie (suivi à distance en temps réel des ventes).
• Vous communiquez chaque jour aux agents de service sur le terrain les planning de réapprovisionnements.
• Vous êtes en contact permanent avec les 15 agents de service sur le terrain et vous vous assurez du bon déroulement des opérations.
• Vous maintenez quotidiennement à jour la database client.
• Vous participez activement au suivi de la rentabilité de chaque contrat.
• Vous assurez également un suivi administratif en contrôlant les bons de livraison et en vérifiant que toutes les tâches demandées aient bien été exécutées.
Le/La candidat(e) idéal(e) aura les qualités suivantes :
• Organisateur(trice) né, vous aimez le travail diversifié et vous aimez jongler entre plusieurs tâches tout au long de la journée.• Vous aimez le travail bien fait et vous êtes très méticuleux(se).• Vous aimez le contact téléphonique, vous avez un bon sens commercial et pouvez travailler de façon autonome, avec l'autodiscipline nécessaire.• Vous avez une personnalité communicative, aimez le travail en équipe et le « team spirit ».• Vous êtes capable d'interagir de façon efficace avec les différents membres de votre équipe présents sur le terrain.• Vous avez une bonne vision d'ensemble (« vue hélicoptère ») et pouvez facilement communiquer avec les équipes de terrain, de production ou de maintenance en faisant preuve d'assertivité ou de diplomatie en fonction des circonstances.• Vous êtes bilingue français/anglais, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.• Vous utilisez aisément les applications Office : Outlook, Word, Excel.

• Un horaire de travail de 37 heures/semaine à coordonner entre les 4 membres de l'équipe (début de travail à 08h00 ou 08h30, fin du travail à 17h00 ou 17h30)
• Un salaire fixe, une intervention dans le remboursement de vos frais de déplacement, des chèques-repas pour chaque jour de travail presté.
• Dès votre engagement sous contrat à durée indéterminée, une assurance groupe et hospitalisation
