Als BID Manager binnen onze divisie Infrastructuur coördineer je het gehele proces van het analyseren en berekenen van de kosten van een project om het management te voorzien van de benodigde informatie voor het vaststellen van een marktconforme en zo concurrerend mogelijke verkoopprijs.


Hiervoor ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor :

  • Je analyseert aanbestedingen vanuit administratief, financieel, technisch en juridisch oogpunt om het management de nodige informatie te verschaffen om de inzet van het project te beoordelen.
  • Je stelt een offerte op basis van het bestek en de eisen van de klant, met inachtneming van normen, termijnen, veiligheid en milieu.
  • Je coördineert het ontwerpteam (quantity surveyors, QSE, planning/methods, aankoop, secretariaat, enz.) om ervoor te zorgen dat alle betrokkenen het project begrijpen en eraan deelnemen.
  • Je neemt deel aan onderhandelingen met de klant in aanwezigheid van samen met het management.
  • Je voert updates uit en houdt rekening met de opmerkingen van de klant na ontvangst van de offerte.
  • Na het binnenhalen van het contract controleer en valideer je de bestelling ten opzichte van de totale offerte.
  • Je organiseert en bereidt de overdrachtsvergadering met de stakeholders productieafdeling voor om zoveel mogelijk informatie door te geven aan de site manager om het succes van het project te maximaliseren.

Je wordt ondersteund door een Tender Engineer en Assistant.


  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in industriële engineering of een bachelorsdiploma in elektromechanica of elektriciteit.
  • Je hebt meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in elektrisch of elektromechanisch projectbeheer (idealiter in infrastructuur gerelateerde activiteiten en in "worksite"-situaties).
  • Je bent methodisch, nauwgezet en zeer georganiseerd.
  • Je bent flexibel, proactief en enthousiast om zakelijke kansen te creëren.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands of Frans en je kent de andere taal goed.
  • Je hebt goede schrijfvaardigheden.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook).
