Een advocatenkantoor
Als een Client Administrator jij moet:
- Open jij cliëntendossiers en volg je ze administratief op tot aan sluiting;
- Verstuur en klasseer jij de ereloonstaten en creditnota's;
- Zorg jij voor de aanmaak en opvolging van betalingsherinneringen;
- En beheer jij de aanvragen van de bedrijfsrevisoren.
- Je komt terecht in binnen ons vierkoppig Client Administration-team binnen onze Finance-afdeling en kan rekenen op de ondersteuning, kennis en expertise van jouw manager.
- De vele contacten - zowel intern, als extern - met collega's, cliënten, advocaten, assistenten, vennoten, … maken je job nog veelzijdiger en interessanter.
Het ideale profiel voor een Client Administrator :
- Je hebt een bacheloropleiding (bijvoorbeeld Management Assistant/Office Management/Boekhouding)
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een eerste werkervaring in facturatie
- Jij bent nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, je kan anticiperen en je beheert je prioriteiten
- Je werkt graag in team en je kan communiceren op alle niveau's (cliënten, collega's, advocaten, vennoten)
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans
- Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
