Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Head of Accounting pour l'un de nos clients actifs dans le secteur des assurances et basé à Bruxelles.

  • En charge d'une équipe comptable et trésorerie (formation, accompagnement, coaching)
  • Supervision des tâches comptables et fiscales
  • Participation à l'amélioration des processus existants et des outils utilisés afin d'accroitre leur efficacité et rapidité
  • Gestion de la trésorerie (prévisions, optimisation des flux, relations avec les partenaires financiers externes, …)
  • Premier point de contact pour les autres départements et partenaires externes

  • Bachelier en Comptabilité
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en Comptabilité générale. Une première expérience en tant que Manager d'équipe est fortement appréciée
  • Vous êtes francophone et êtes capable d'utiliser l'anglais ou le néerlandais
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques. Vous êtes également une personne analytique qui apprécie améliorer les processus
  • Votre capacité à motiver les équipes, votre disponibilité et votre enthousiasme font de vous un leader naturel
  • Vous êtes capable de communiquer de manière claire et assertive
