**About the EIT Digital Head of Unipreneurship**:
EIT Digital is a key player in the education and training of state-of-the-art digital innovation and entrepreneurial skills, with an emphasis on higher/tertiary education, spearheaded by the EIT Digital Master School, a two-year unique education program that teaches students to become experts in their technical fields but also challenges them to think in terms of business creation and growth, allowing them to become T-shaped professionals who can take up a technical as well as a more business oriented job in a corporate or as founders of their own venture.

The role of the Head of Unipreneurship has been created to further develop programs and services that are able to (i) increase the number of ventures started by students, with a special emphasis on EIT Digital students and alumni, through EIT Digital programs like Summer Schools, DeepHacks, Venture Program, Jumpstarter and Speed Master (ii) develop a venture building program capable of supporting PhD students and researchers to spin off new ventures, (iii) increase the number of corporates and EIT Digital partners interested in EIT Digital students and alumni, with a leading role in the Access to Talent service and a supporting role in the development of the (d)Academy and the curation of the EIT Digital Alumni community, and (iv) increase the number of corporate scholarships available for EIT Digital students. The Head of Unipreneurship will therefore have to work closely with the Acceleration Manager and the Head of Education and Skills, acting as a bridge between the innovation and education pillars.

The position reports to EIT Digital Chief of Education, Innovation and Marketing (CIEO/CMO).

**About the Role**:
EIT Digital is looking for a leadership position with a background in digital higher education and entrepreneurship.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Daily management of the Summer School portfolio with a focus on venture creation and operational excellence;
- Manage, organize and lead the Summer School in close collaboration with the EIT Digital university partners;
- Manage, organize and lead DeepHacks, Jumpstarter and Venture Building as venture creation activities for students;
- Manage, organize and lead the Access to Talent service, with a supporting role in the establishment of the (d)Academy and the closing of corporate scholarships for EIT Digital Master students;
- Support the reaching of the EIT Digital non-degree label;
- Support the Marcom team in giving students and alumni and their successes in EIT Digital programs visibility;
- Define and implement new financial instruments to contribute to the EIT Digital sustainability;
- Manage relationship with stakeholders, such as students, partner universities and corporations;
- Leverage EIT Digital reputation and brand through student and alumni success stories;
- Coordinate cross-KIC activities and EIT initiatives pertaining to entrepreneurial activity at the student level;
- Represent EIT Digital at EIT and other institutions’ congresses and events;
- Drive a gender focused development for all activities and services.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- MSc in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education, preferably in Computer science or related field. A PhD in STEM is a plus;
- Experience in both academic and innovation communities;
- Experience in development and delivery of entrepreneurial programmes;
- Experience with complex multi-actor organizational processes;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects;
- Experience from international collaboration and public-private partnerships;
- Understanding of legal, fiscal and financial aspects to perform the reporting;
