Accounts Receivable Specialist

Als Accounts Receivable Specialist bent u betrokken bij alle aspecten van het financiële accounts receivable management, controle en analyse. U rapporteert aan de Credit Control Manager.


  • Incasso, telefonisch en schriftelijk van openstaande schuldvorderingen.
  • Betalingen ontvangen en verwerken in overeenstemming met de vooropgestelde methodes en procedures (EMEA Credit Policy).
  • Nauwkeurige en gedetailleerde betalingshistorieken en statusrapporten van (openstaande) rekeningen bijhouden.
  • Aging balance rapporten opmaken.
  • Met klanten samenwerken om betalingen te vergemakkelijken en om eventuele geschillen/meningsverschillen te identificeren en te loggen in het systeem.
  • Oproepen die speciale behandeling of aangepaste beantwoording vereisen kunnen identificeren en correct escaleren.
  • Het nauwgezet opvolgen van de geblokkeerde orders en leveringen en het nemen van de nodige acties
  • Inrichten van domiciliaties
  • Voorbereiden van advocatendossiers, falingen, WCO,…

  • Je bent assertief, kordaat en communicatief vaardig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. U weet een goed overzicht te bewaren en bent analytisch ingesteld
  • Naast een sterke teamplayer weet je ook zeer autonoom te werken
  • U bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans, kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
  • U bent vertrouwd met standaard IT-platformen: Windows, Office. U beschikt over een goede kennis van Excel. Kennis van ERP- systemen (Oracle, SAP) is een pluspunt.
