Total Rewards
• Expert en Total Rewards au sein et en dehors de Carrefour
• Développement et optimisation de la stratégie de total rewards
• Analyse et rapport des salaires et des avantages par rapport au marché
• Réalisation du cycle annuel des bonus et du plan cafétéria
• Participation à l'élaboration de la stratégie des bonus individuels et des objectifs collectifs par département
• Propositions de CCT (bonus collectif, prime ZC)
• Collecte des résultats financiers pour le calcul des bonus
• Communication avec les HRBP et les validateurs de bonus
• Suivi opérationnel des bonus et des avantages
• Optimisation financière des bonus, y compris les warrants
• Préparation et traitement des avantages (contact avec les fournisseurs, documents juridiques, tests d'outils)
• Suivi dans l'outil : validation des choix, contrôle budgétaire, questions des employés, rapport de paie
• Suivi efficace des avantages et communication avec les fournisseurs
• Gestion des avantages : assurance groupe, assurance hospitalisation, Ekivita
Job Grading
• Analyse des descriptions de poste pour attribuer le bon niveau de fonction
• Optimisation de la classification des fonctions
Mobility
• Développement et optimisation de la politique de mobilité
• Analyse et rapport de la politique de mobilité par rapport au marché
• Gestion du budget mobilité : demandes des employés, gestion budgétaire, contact avec les fournisseurs
• Connaissance à jour des lois et règlements et intégration dans la politique Carrefour
• Communication proactive et promotion
• Contacts avec les autorités publiques
• Gestion de la location de vélos (Act for Bike) et promotion des événements de mobilité
• Respect des obligations légales : Plan de transport d'entreprise (Bruxelles) et Enquête fédérale sur les déplacements domicile-travail (Belgique)
• Support du gestionnaire de flotte
Collaboration, orientation client et excellence opérationnelle
• Propositions d'optimisation des avantages, processus, outils et communication
• Collaboration étroite avec les acteurs concernés en tant que partenaire commercial
• Ambassadeur actif de Carrefour et de sa stratégie, encourageant les collègues
• Contribution constructive à la réalisation des objectifs communs en ligne avec la stratégie de Carrefour
• Maintien d'une connexion optimale avec l'équipe
• Écoute des clients, centrage sur eux et fourniture de solutions adaptées
• Optimisation des processus internes et des outils, et surveillance du respect des procédures, prise de mesures correctives si nécessaire Profil Études et expérience :
• Diplôme de master ou niveau équivalent
• 3-5 ans d'expérience en Total Rewards et/ou Mobility
• Bilingue FR/NL
