Functieomschrijving Op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging als Administratief/Logistiek Bediende? Voor onze klant in Heverlee zijn wij dringend op zoek naar een jobstudent die hun Customer Service team kan assisteren.Jouw takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit:
  • Triage van binnenkomende pakketjes.
  • Reparaties en retours invoeren in het computersysteem AX.
  • Marketing orders verwerken en doorsturen.
Profiel Je spreekt en schrijft zeer vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis Frans.Je hebt computervaardig en vertrouwd met MS Office.Je bent woonachtig in de regio.Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent klantgericht.Je bent hands-on en hebt een can-do attitude.Je beschikt over de nodige dosis autonomie, doorzettingsvermogen en stressbestendigheid.
Aanbod Tijdelijke functie van 3-5 maanden, met evt. mogelijkheid tot verlenging.Parttime tewerkstelling van 50% verdeeld over 5 werkdagen per week (tussen 9u en 16u).Marktconform loon + maaltijdcheques en GSM met abonnement.
