  Functieomschrijving Onze klant is op zoek naar een administratief assistent voor een vervangingscontract voor een werknemer die met langdurig ziekteverlof is voor een periode van een maand in eerste instantie. Mogelijkheid om de opdracht te verlengen tot 6 maanden vanaf augustus.

De taken omvatten:
  • Ontvangst van klanten
  • Ondersteuning van teams bij het voorbereiden van presentaties voor klanten
  • Beheer van de mailbox
  • Anti-witwascontrole
  • Vertaling van teksten
  • Beheer van inkomende/uitgaande oproepen
  • Boekhouding beheer
Profiel De ideale kandidaat :
  • Is tweetalig in Nederlands/Frans en Engels is een pluspunt
  • Heeft kennis van computerprogramma's (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + mogelijkheid om een test af te leggen
  • Kan goed in een team werken
  • Is autonoom
  • Kan omgaan met stress
  • Heeft aanpassingsvermogen
  • Heeft een bachelordiploma of vergelijkbare ervaring
