These are exciting times We zijn volop in transitie van een toonaangevende Europese dienstverlener van oplossingen voor luchthavenapparatuur naar een wereldleider. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een **Process coordinator** gevestigd op onze Belgische vestiging in **Steenokkerzeel**.

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een zeer gemotiveerde professional met veel motivatie om snel te leren, met technische affiniteit en sterke administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden.

**WAAR JE DE MEESTE IMPACT CREERT**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het administratief proces van werkbonnen
- Je voert de volledige kwaliteitscontrole op ingevoerde werkbonnen (uren, onderdelen, teksten, teksten vertalen, )
- Je begrijpt de uitgevoerde werken en kan deze commercieel herschrijven indien nodig
- Je zoekt proactief naar gebruikersfouten en/of foutieve invoer en je helpt de techniekers deze te verbeteren
- Je volgt de KPI’s op in het OPS Dashboard, en verwerkt de openstaande werkbonnen (statussen ORES, GMER, )
- Je merkt SAP issues op en denkt mee over verbeteringen
- Je helpt techniekers en Supervisors met toegewezen werkbonnen
- Je staat in nauw contact met collega’s van de facturatiedienst en werkt samen om probleem orders te verwerken
- Je zorgt er mee voor dat de klant op tijd een correcte factuur krijgt
- Je helpt bij een aantal administratieve zaken van het Admin team

- Je bent een zelfstandig persoon die communicatief is in 3 talen (NL, FR, ENG)
- Je bent goed georganiseerd
- Je kan efficiënt werken (prioriteiten onderscheiden van onderliggende taken)
- Je hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen (problemen identificeren, oplossingen aanreiken én ook uitvoeren)
- SAP basis kennis is een pluspunt + Microsoft Office kennis
- Je bent leergierig, collegiaal en kwaliteitsgericht

**OVER TCR**

TCR is de toonaangevende wereldwijde leverancier van geïntegreerde oplossingen voor GSE (Ground Support Equipment) in de luchtvaart. TCR biedt verhuur, leasing en onderhoud van GSE aan. Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in België. In onze vestigingen in Steenokkerzeel en Luik zijn we met bijna 50 werknemers, wereldwijd met 1500. Pour ce poste, nous recherchons un professionnel très motivé, désireux d'apprendre rapidement, ayant des affinités techniques et de solides compétences en matière d'administration et de communication.

**LÀ OÙ VOUS AVEZ LE PLUS D'IMPACT**
- Vous êtes responsable du processus administratif des ordres de travail.
- Vous effectuez le contrôle qualité complet des ordres de travail introduits (heures, pièces, textes, traduction des textes, etc.)
- Vous comprenez le travail effectué et pouvez le réécrire commercialement si nécessaire
- Vous recherchez de manière proactive les erreurs d'utilisation et/ou les saisies incorrectes et aidez les techniciens à les améliorer.
- Vous surveillez les KPI dans le tableau de bord OPS et traitez les ordres de travail ouverts (statuts ORES, GMER, etc.).
- Vous remarquez les problèmes SAP et aidez à réfléchir à des améliorations
- Vous aidez les techniciens et les superviseurs à traiter les ordres de travail qui leur sont confiés.
- Vous êtes en contact étroit avec vos collègues du service de facturation et travaillez ensemble pour traiter les commandes problématiques.
- Vous veillez à ce que le client reçoive une facture correcte dans les délais impartis.

**LE CANDIDAT IDÉAL**
- Vous êtes une personne indépendante qui communique en 3 langues (NL, FR, ENG)
- Vous êtes bien organisé(e)
- Vous pouvez travailler efficacement (distinguer les priorités des tâches sous-jacentes)
- Vous avez des compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes (identifier les problèmes, proposer des solutions et les mettre en œuvre).
- Une connaissance de base de SAP est un plus + connaissance de Microsoft Office
