La STIB ainsi que son environnement IT sont en pleine évolution. Les moteurs derrière cette évolution continue sont entre autres les projets qu’on mène au niveau IT sur base journalière. Dans un contexte avec un nombre vaste de projets, la fonction du PMO est cruciale.
 

En tant que PMO vous assurez la bonne gestion intégrée de l’ensemble des projets du département IT Business Solutions. Vous supportez les différent.e.s Project Managers et vous collaborez avec la communauté PMO au sein de la STIB. Ainsi vous aidez la direction à avoir une vision réaliste des besoins des équipes et des priorités stratégiques.

De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?

 

  • Gestion des demandes et des projets : s’assurer que toutes les demandes de nouveaux projets (Business Request) et de modification de projet (Change Request), soient traitées en collaboration avec les parties prenantes du processus.
  • Reporting : établir une projection consolidée (planning, capacity planning, budgets) des différents projets (métiers et transversaux) et veiller à sa mise à jour. Développer, améliorer et déployer de nouveaux outils de reporting pour les projets.
  • Project Board (ou autres organes de décision projet) : accompagner les Project Managers dans la réalisation des dossiers à soumettre au Project Board et assurer la qualité des documents projets.
  • Coaching et formation des acteurs d’un projet au niveau méthodologique, le matériel didactique, etc. Assurer et animer des ateliers ou des formations.
  • Portfolio investment budget Board consolidation: participer activement au processus IAB (Investment Advisory Board) afin de consolider avec les stakeholders du processus la vision pluriannuelle des roadmaps projets supportant les valeurs et priorités du plan d’entreprise.
  

Profiel kandidaat  

 

  • Formation niveau Bachelor ou Master ou équivalence par expérience
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience prouvée au niveau gestion (de portefeuille) de projets
  • Une expérience avec des projets applicatifs est un atout
  • Formation/expérience Prince2 et PMP sont un atout
  • Bonne assertivité, bonne communication, ouverture d’esprit et orienté client
  • Connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale et de l’anglais
