- Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse commerciële, operationele en administratieve werking van je filiaal (voorraadbeheer, controle bestellingen, personeelsadministratie, kassa, facturatie, registratie van jobs, ...).
- Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van je team en je medewerkers laten groeien.
- Het delighten van de klanten (cfr. ontvangst, facturatie, conversies, additionele produktengamma).
- Waken over de goede uitvoering van de werkprocessen en vertalen van doelstellingen naar acties en targets.
- Een commerciële persoonlijkheid die klantentevredenheid hoog in het vaandel draagt.
- Beschikt over goede ontwikkelde peoplemanagement skills of het potentieel hebt om die vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
- Een luistervaardige communicator bent die beschikt over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit.
- Graag resultaten boekt bent met focus op kwaliteit en verbetering.
- Creatief problemen aanpakt en vlot kan multitasken.
- Een "hands-on" - "getting things done" mentaliteit bezit.
- Bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of beschik je over een gelijkwaardig redeneervermogen.
- Als Carglass medewerker draag je bij tot een veilige, kwaliteitsvolle en milieuvriendelijke werkomgeving binnen je eigen verantwoordelijkheden en volg je de nodige richtlijnen die hierover zijn opgesteld binnen de organisatie.
