**Healthcare Product Marketing Supervisor**

**What you’ll do**
As a Healthcare Product Marketing Supervisor you’ll use your strong analytical skills to solve problems, build relationships within UPS and with customers, and contribute to growing the business. This role involves understanding market dynamics, customers, competitors, and the impact of UPS Healthcare. Collaboration across teams is key to executing growth initiatives and ensuring effective communication with Healthcare customers.
Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of Healthcare products and services across countries, driving product development and enhancements, and ensuring competitive positioning to boost volume and revenue. You’ll analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities, evaluate the product portfolio for competitive advantages, and perform competitive analyses to define future market requirements. Additionally, you will create training materials, test new functionalities, coordinate performance reporting, and assess customer behavior metrics to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
**What you’ll need**
- A bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years work experience in Marketing - experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude working collaboratively across functions.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You can manage for results.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written. A further European language is a plus.
