La Banque Nationale de Belgique (BNB) recherche un(e) Junior Business IT Developer pour son service IT Business Partnering & Applications. Ce service gère le développement interne et le support des applications des départements Marchés Financiers et Cash, ainsi que la maintenance et les évolutions futures de ces applications.  
Au sein du département IT, vous intégrerez une équipe de plus de 200 informaticiens enthousiastes et hautement qualifiés.?

Description de la fonction En tant que Business IT Developer, nous vous offrons un travail stimulant et intéressant où vous êtes conjointement responsable d’interpréter les besoins des utilisateurs afin de créer des applications qui y répondent, et en particulier :
  • l’implémentation, les tests et la maintenance des applications  
  • la recherche d’améliorations permanente
  • la garantie de la qualité du code
  • la rédaction d’analyses techniques
  • le support aux utilisateurs finaux.  
Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres développeurs et analystes fonctionnels dans un environnement Agile. Profil
  • vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier en informatique ou disposez d’une expérience équivalente
  • vous avez déjà une première expérience professionnelle en tant que IT développeur ou vous sortez des études et vous avez une passion pour le développement
  • vous choisissez votre propre chemin : backend expert(e) ou plutôt full stack - nous vous accompagnons dans cette direction
  • vous êtes familiarisé(e) avec Spring, Git, Maven, unit testing, Domain Driven Design
  • vous avez des connaissances en bases de données et en SQL
  • REST, SOAP, JSON et XML sont des concepts que vous maîtrisez
  • vous accordez de l’importance à la qualité du code que vous livrez ainsi qu’à ses scénarios de test
  • vous êtes ponctuel(le), précis(e) et fiable
  • vous etes un(e) « fast learner »
  • vous avez une attitude proactive et vous êtes orienté(e) solutions
  • vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et vous aimez partager votre expertise
  • vous vous adaptez facilement à un nouvel environnement
  • vous êtes capable d’exprimer votre opinion de manière constructive et de formuler des critiques de manière positive
  • vous êtes francophone et maitrisez l’anglais technique (niveau B1), avoir une connaissance du néerlandais est un atout
  • vous êtes disposé(e) à participer à un système de garde à l’avenir.
