Make it yours – Your impact and what you will own

Customer Service is the heart of the business – it drives additional sales, provides insight into market and product development, and builds lasting customer loyalty. As Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in the further professionalisation and efficiency of this function. Working at both local and group level, you will own policy development, customer communications, order management, and claims & complaints management, while leading and growing the Customer Service team.

  • Manage the team through consistent routines – 1-to-1s, team meetings, coaching, and growing team members – and propose structural adjustments where meaningful
  • Coach the team to optimise every customer contact, and step in to replace or assist colleagues when required to maintain service levels
  • Own all processes within your area of Customer Service, applying procedures in line with company policies and standards

Customer Service Operations & Quality

  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of service to customers across all channels – order management, order fulfilment, problem-solving, and claims & complaints handling
  • Follow up daily routines – open orders, issue resolution, and customer expectations – including order, price, and product checks without exception
  • Ensure quick turnaround of complaints and issues, escalating where necessary and defining and implementing corrective measures and action plans
  • Lead improvement plans that enhance the customer experience, improve efficiency, or reduce pain points
  • Set up and monitor KPIs to safeguard service quality, acting promptly in case of deviation from objectives or plan
  • Coordinate closely with the sales force through active listening and customer visits when required, and communicate clearly to represent the customer fairly and accurately

What we are looking for: Experience, Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, for example in Business Administration or International Trade
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar customer service or order management role
  • Experienced with ERP/CRM platforms, with a business-minded and proactive attitude
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to change priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confident dealing with customers and individuals at all levels of an organisation, with the ability to take ownership and initiative
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
