Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements within various projects.
- Support and execute configurations, technical preparations, and functional validations.
- Act as a point of contact for project leaders and/or DIPO within assigned projects and change initiatives.
- Coordinate the complete lifecycle of requested changes:
- scope determination
- impact analysis
- coordination with involved teams and stakeholders
- follow-up on technical adjustments
- set up and guide test scenarios
- report on progress and risks
- Help ensure consistency, quality, and stability across the involved systems and processes.
- Proactively contribute to optimizations within the Supply Chain landscape.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a functional analyst.
- Proven experience in setting up Fleet in CS/PM within S4.
- Proven experience in the domains of MM in the last 3 years.
- Proven experience in the domains of SRM in the last 3 years.
- Proven experience in the last 5 years in the Belgian energy sector.
- Proven experience with a project methodology.
- Proven experience in setting up and maintaining measurement states within SAP.
- Proven experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proven experience in setting up and maintaining classification within SAP.
Languages
- Language requirement: Fluent in Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
Additional Info
The location is Melle with occasional travel to other sites. In light of the new telework policy, this will also be allowed for external employees (with certain restrictions). The external employee will join the team charter, which includes high-level agreements such as:
- at least 1 day/week on-site presence
- availability through various means: email, teams, mobile, ...
Telework cannot be claimed, and flexibility is still expected, e.g., occasionally working at another site or temporarily being more present on-site due to certain activities.
