Lees dan snel verder Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Jij: Beantwoordt vragen via telefoon, mail en chat en zorgt voor een vlotte oplossing Luistert actief, denkt mee en vertaalt technische info naar begrijpelijke taal Werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen Zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich écht geholpen en gehoord voelen Brengt waardevolle feedback aan om de tools en diensten nóg beter te maken Wie ben jij? Je hebt idealiter een bachelordiploma en/ of ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, maar indien je de juiste motivatie; hebt en je kan vinden in onderstaande zaken dan maak je zeker ook kans; Je hebt een passie voor klantenservice en technologie; Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans én Engels; Je hebt ervaring in een klantgerichte rol (klantendienst, helpdesk, customer success...); Je bent positief, oplossingsgericht en kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende gesprekspartners.
