That's why we're looking for a Customer Success Manager — someone who loves helping customers thrive through technology. Your impact Guide new customers through onboarding & implementation Advise on setup, user structure & platform best practices Help clients optimize their workflows using Tide Work closely with developers & colleagues to align platform and processes Support feature rollouts & gather feedback for continuous improvement Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships You bring Experience in the travel industry (travel agent, tour operator, DMC, ...)
